I love these articles because they are real. At 11 months sober I still rely on all of these things to help keep me sane.  I was always worried about how dull life would be or how boring I would be if I gave up drugs and alcohol. I have needed to find healthy things to do with my time now that its not taken up with the endless quest for the next line or the next drink.
